Ulf Lundahl proposed as new chairman of Attendo

The Nominating Committee of Attendo AB has decided to propose Ulf Lundahl as the new chairman of the board at the annual general meeting 2017. 

Ulf Lundahl is currently a board member of Attendo and chairman of the company’s audit committee. Ulf was elected to Attendo’s board in 2014. He is also chairman of Ramirent and Fidelio and a board member of Nordstjernan Kredit, Eltel (acting chairman), Holmen and SHB Regionbank Stockholm.

The other proposals of the nominating committee will be presented in the notice of the annual general meeting, to be issued in good time before the meeting, which will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017.

Erik has led the work of the board to steer Attendo into a listed environment, with its IPO in November 2015, and during its first successful year on the stock market.
