AU-System applies for de-listing

AU-System applies for de-listing Stockholm, Sweden - 5 February 2001 - Due to the merger with Teleca the Board of Directors of AU-System has announced that the Board will apply to Stockholmsbörsen (the Stockholm Exchange) for de-listing of the AU- System share with effect as from 20 February 2002. This implies that the final day for trading in the AU-System share on the exchange is planned to be 19 February 2002. New reporting date Both AU-System's and Teleca's full-year reports 2001 will be presented on 21 February 2002. AU-System's reporting date was previously 20 February 2002.
