AU-System helps develop Operations Support System for Skanova Stockholm, Sweden - 30 January 2002 - AU-System has been commissioned to develop parts of network operator Skanova's Operations Support System (OSS). The commission will involve AU-System adapting and integrating the parts of the system that use automated fault correction to prevent and solve various types of operation and supply problems. Automated operation and monitoring processes are becoming increasingly important for operators as the introduction of new services accelerates. This in turn places larger demands on the systems in the form of openness and flexibility to ensure operational and service quality.
