AU-System Renews General Agreement with AMS

AU-System Renews General Agreement with AMS Stockholm, Sweden - April 23, 2001 - AU-System has renewed its general agreement with Arbetsmarknadsstyrelsen (AMS, the Swedish National Labour Market Board) for a further one-year period. The agreement concerns the development of applications for the AMS Web site www.ams.se and the CV database EURES CV-search that AMS is developing on assignment from the EU Commission. The agreement is a supplement to the existing agreement between AU-System and Statskontoret in Stockholm, Sweden. This general agreement guarantees AU-System fees of at least SEK 10 million. "I see the agreement as confirmation of AMS's continued confidence in AU- System's technical ability within the development of Internet applications," says Lars Alvesköld, Business Unit Manager at AU-System. The agreement means that AMS is guaranteed resources from AU-System for further development, strategy, system architecture, project management, and Web development work. Ams.se is Sweden's most visited Web site for jobs, recruitment, and information about the labour market both in Sweden and abroad.
