AU-System signs 3-year general agreement with Nordea

AU-SYSTEM SIGNS 3-YEAR GENERAL AGREEMENT WITH NORDEA Stockholm, Sweden - December 22, 2000 - AU-System has signed a 3-year running general agreement with Nordea to an order value of SEK 30 million. The agreement covers development, migration and support of business- critical systems such as the Internet bank, the mobile Internet bank and the NB Axess corporate bank. The main objective of the contract is to provide Nordea with constant access to expertise on the transaction managers for these systems. Furthermore the contract formalises the co- operation that has existed for some time between the parties. The new contract guarantees the maintenance of existing functions as well as development and preparation for the migration of future services and technologies.
