AU-System Signs General Agreement with Stockholm County Council

AU-SYSTEM SIGNS GENERAL AGREEMENT WITH STOCKHOLM COUNTY COUNCIL Stockholm, Sweden - November 24, 2000 - AU-System has signed a general agreement with Stockholm County Council regarding IT consulting services. The fields of competence covered by the agreement are systems development, datacommunication and security, cataloguing and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), as well as web and XML. Of the 32 companies with whom Stockholm County Council elected to sign general agreements, AU-System was rated the highest amongst the consulting firms with regard to competence in the fields of cataloguing and PKI (security), and XML. "We see the general agreement as a recognition of our leading-edge competence in the security field, which has a very high priority in the county council, " says Johan Nyberg, Business Area Manager at AU-System. AU-System has for some years been one of Stockholm County Council's largest suppliers of IT consulting services. The Council has budgeted a total of SEK 100 million for consultant support in the IT field for the period November 2000 to December 31 2001, when the general agreement expires.
