SANDBERGTRYGG ACQUIRES HENRI Stockholm, Sweden - November 21, 2000 - SandbergTrygg, a subsidiary of AU- System AB, has signed a letter of intent to acquire the advertising agency Henri in Malmö, Sweden, with fourteen employees. The acquisition will strengthen SandbergTrygg's position in southern Sweden through the creation of an agency with 22 employees. "Southern Sweden is a fast growing region with many skilled companies. Through the merger with Henri, a hungry and highly creative agency, we will now be able to offer the companies in the region top class marketing strategy and advertising creativity," says Sven Sandberg, CEO at SandbergTrygg. Henri will be integrated as a part of SandbergTrygg in Malmö. Henri's client list consists of companies such Akzo Nobel Inks, Ericsson Mobile Communications; Skanska International; Sparbanken Finn och Trelleborg Wheel Systems. Henri was founded in 1995 and reported revenues of 19.9 MSEK in 1999. SandbergTrygg will acquire all shares in Henri by cash.
