Audientes A/S (CVR 36047631) today announces that it has prolonged its existing bridge loan with existing lenders prior to a more long-term capital raise.
Bridge loan prolonged:
As another step in its capitalization plan, prior to a more long-term capital raise, Audientes today announces that it has prolonged an existing bridge loan from existing lenders until August 31, 2023.
The loan, with accumulated interest and earlier fees included, amounts to DKK 5.5 million at June 30th, 2023, and carries an interest rate of 2 percent per month and is intended to be either set off for shares in a future capitalization, or to be repaid in cash.
