Audientes A/S ("Audientes" or the "Company"), CVR 36047631, announces that the current CFO Troels Torp is ending his employment with the Company as of today.

Troels will continue to support the Company on a part-time basis as an independent consultant, assisting with financial reporting, management, etc.
