Audientes A/S (“Audientes” or the “Company”), CVR 36047631, has following the completion of its recent rights issue of shares received information of changed holdings by several shareholders, summarizing the crossings of the following thresholds as of closing June 20, 2024:

 

Shareholders now having over 10 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes:

  • Selandia Alpha Invest A/S, loan provider to Audientes, has 23,028,571 shares, representing approximately 11.49 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes.

 

Shareholders now having over 5 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes:   

  • Steen Thygesen, CEO of Audientes A/S, has increased his shareholding to 17,835,317 shares, representing approximately 8.90 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes.
  • OSM Group AB, a manufacturing partner of the Company, has a shareholding of 14,800,000 shares, representing approximately 7.39 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes.
  • Michael O. Fehrn has a shareholding of 13,915,705 shares, representing approximately 6.94 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes. The ownership is both direct and indirect through Fam. Fehrn Invest ApS.
  • Renewable Ventures Nordic AB, loan provider to Audientes, has a shareholding of 11,514,286 shares, representing approximately 5.75 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes.
  • Mr. Gerhard Dal, loan provider to Audientes, has a shareholding of 11,514,286 shares, representing approximately 5.75 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes.

 

Shareholders now having less than 5 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes:

  • Shenzhen Hengtong Partner Co., Ltd has increased its shareholding to 9,364,669.89 shares which, however, is reduced to 4.67 percent of the votes and capital in Audientes due to the consequences of overall dilution in the rights issue.
