Audientes A/S nominates Peter Røpke, CEO at RTX A/S to join the board of directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 13 April 2021. The board’s competencies are thus strengthened in relation to product and technology development and consumer electronics mass market production.

Audientes’ Board of Directors nominates Peter Røpke to the Board of Directors at the annual general meeting on 13 April 2021. The Board of Directors is thus expanded from 3 to 4 members. Peter Røpke, CEO of the listed company RTX A/S, has many years of experience from large international organizations in product and technology development, including consumer electronics production. Peter Røpke was previously CEO of the listed company Flügger A/S and has also been Executive Vice President of Grundfos Management A/S and Senior Vice President of Nokia Corporation.
