Audientes A/S and Priority Hearing, India, today announce a Collaboration Agreement for the sale of Audientes’ self-fitting hearing aid, Ven™, in Priority Hearing’s 14 points of sale that include private hospitals, healthcare centers and highstreet retail clinics throughout New Delhi.

Audientes has entered into another Collaboration Agreement in India. Today’s announcement of a Collaboration Agreement with Priority Hearing and its 14 associated points of sale throughout the megacity of New Dehli brings the total of Audientes partners to six thus enabling the hearing device Ven to reach more than 100 points of sale spanning Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western India. Furthermore, this agreement means that the Ven hearing device will be available in strategically important private hospitals and healthcare clinics in New Delhi, the world’s fifth most populous city with a population of 18.6 million.

Hospitals and healthcare clinics are important channels

“We are thrilled to welcome Priority Hearing of New Delhi as an Audientes partner. They are one of New Delhi’s most respected hearing care providers with a solid presence in private hospitals and healthcare clinics. Strategically,

hospitals and healthcare clinics are important channels for Audientes, enabling close collaboration with audiologists. Priority Hearing’s highly professional approach, seasoned reputation and mission to provide bespoke audiological and vestibular services make them a valuable addition to the Audientes partner network,” says Steen Thygesen, CEO, Audientes A/S.

Audientes’ hearing solution fills a gap

Dr. Raj Sharma, General Director, Priority Hearing, comments: “Our goal is to offer our patients both quality hearing care and quality hearing solutions. Audientes’ hearing solution will be a welcome addition to our product catalog, not just from a quality perspective but also due to the price. Right now, we do not offer comparable high-quality hearing solutions at this attractive price point, leaving us unable to address a large segment of the market. I believe that Audientes will fill this gap with its innovative device. We’re excited to develop our collaboration with the Audientes team.”

Priority Hearing expects to commence sales of Ven in Q1 2022.
