Changing market place to Spotlight Stock Market Denmark
The delisting of Audientes shares from First North is in line with previous communication. Shareholders in Audientes are not required to take any actions in connection with the delisting from First North or the listing on Spotlight. Audientes’ share will retain both its ticker (AUDNTS) and ISIN code (DK0061406618). In general, there are no need for any actions from existing shareholders who can still see their shares in their deposits.
There are no significant changes in legislation applicable for the shareholders, Audientes or the company’s disclosure requirements. As a result of the change of marketplace. Audientes no longer will appoint an external Certified Adviser, as Spotlight provides issuer surveillance and advisory in-house.
