Interim Report for AudioDev AB January 1 – June 30 2006

• Net sales totalled SEK 55.3 (86.6) million. • Profit after financial items was SEK -23.6 (-7.0) million. • Profit after tax totalled SEK -16.0 (-5.8) million. • Profit per share amounted to SEK -0.96 (-0.35). • The backlog of orders was SEK 7.4 (73.3) million at the end of the period. • Sales of AudioDev’s blue laser format testers has continued to rise and strategic orders were received from leading players during the quarter. • Operations have been streamlined with the organisation being reduced by 23 posts since the beginning of the year. Non-recurrent expenses of SEK 4.6 million had a negative impact on the profit/loss for the period.
