Aurora Clinics expands with new clinic in Birmingham
Mr Sanjay Azad joins Aurora to offer surgery from BMI Birmingham
Consultant Plastic Surgeon Mr Sanjay Azad MS FRCSEd has become the newest member of the Aurora Clinics surgical team.
Mr Azad, who has wide-ranging experience performing reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries of the face and body, has joined the team in order to meet increasing demand from patients seeking surgery in the Midlands and the North.
He will be operating from the BMI Hospital in Birmingham, and offer a wide range of surgeries.
The full list of procedures Mr Azad will offer is as follows:
- Breast augmentation
- Breast reduction
- Breast uplift
- Abdominoplasty
- Labiaplasty
- Gynaecomastia
- Full body lift
- Liposuction
- Minor surgical procedures, for example mole and cyst removal, earlobe repair
His first clinic at the BMI Priory in Birmingham will be on 13th August, and thereafter he will hold clinics approximately once a month.
Mr Azad is a distinguished addition to the Aurora team, bringing with him many years of experience performing both cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, with a particular expertise in breast surgery and body lift.
Originally training in medicine at the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India, where he gained Honours in Pathology and Otorhinolaryngology, Mr Azad came to the UK to pursue higher studies in Plastic Surgery. This led to working in numerous private practices in Bristol, Durham, Chelmsford and Birmingham, as well as performing complex breast reconstruction work for the NHS, which Mr Azad plans to continue alongside his work at Aurora.
