Autocirc to continue its growth journey with Nordic Capital as new owner

Autocirc Industriutveckling AB announced today that Nordic Capital has signed an agreement with the current shareholders of Autocirc Group to acquire a majority stake. Management and founders will continue to hold a significant ownership, together with Nordic Capital.

Johan Livered, CEO of Autocirc Group, commented: “We are very proud over the great results achieved during the partnership with Alder. The fast development since 2019 has put us in pole position to continue build the aftermarket company of the future with full focus on reuse. Nordic Capital will add valuable expertise from their extensive experience within the automotive market to continue pave the way for a circular transition. We look forward to making Autocirc a key contributor to the circular economy by creating a sustainable European leader”.

The sale is subject to standard regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in Q1 2023.
