Autoliv Buys Back Stock (Stockholm, June 19, 2000) - Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) - the world-wide leader in automotive safety systems - has repurchased 83,100 shares and Swedish Depository Receipts on the stock exchanges in Stockholm and New York at an average price of $25.68 per share. This is the first purchase since the Board authorized a stock repurchase program.
