Autoliv Buys Back Stock (Stockholm, June 22, 2000) - On June the 20 Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) - the world-wide leader in automotive safety systems - repurchased 43.100 shares and Swedish Depository Receipts on the Swedish Stock Exchange at an average price of $25.79 per share.
