Proxy Materials
Hard copies of the Annual Report and the proxy will be available beginning March 24, as will other documents for the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders, and can be requested on-line at the Company’s website.
Stockholders of Autoliv, Inc. on the record date, March 10, 2014, will be entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 6, 2014 in Chicago.
