Change in Autoliv's Management (Stockholm, January 15, 2001) - Hans Biörck, the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance of Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) has accepted the offer to assume a similar position with Skanska AB, a company with US $12 billion in revenues and 80,000 employees. He will leave his current position in the second quarter.
