AutoStore: Notice of Annual General Meeting

(Nedre Vats, 1 May 2023): AutoStore Holdings Ltd. (AutoStore, OSE:AUTO) will hold its annual general meeting on Tuesday, 23 May 2023 at 15:30 hours (CEST) as a virtual meeting. Please find enclosed the notice of the annual general meeting 2023, incl. the power of attorney and advanced votes form.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via Lumi at https://web.lumiagm.com/197716456. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged in before the meeting starts. The deadline for registration of advance votes and power of attorneys is 22 May 2023 at 12:00 hours (CEST).

All documents to be processed in the meeting, as well as the participation link and guidelines for online participation, will be made available at https://www.autostoresystem.com/investors.
