AutoStore Announces CFO Transition
NEDRE VATS, NORWAY (November 28, 2022) – AutoStore Holdings Ltd. (AutoStore, OSE:AUTO) today informs that a global search for a new Chief Financial Officer has been initiated. Current CFO Bent Skisaker has informed the company of his intention to step down to pursue other opportunities. He will remain in the role until a replacement is in place.
“Bent has been an outstanding CFO for AutoStore. His leadership and experience has been instrumental in helping us in many areas, including the completion of our IPO in 2021. We wish Bent all the best in his new endeavors”, newly appointed CEO Mats Hovland Vikse says.
Also retiring CEO Karl Johan Lier would like to thank Skisaker for being a vital part in taking AutoStore from a private to a listed company.
