AutoStore Holdings Ltd – Resignation of board members

Board members Magnus Tornling and Ram Trichur have informed the board of directors of AutoStore Holdings Ltd. ("Autostore" or the "Company") that they resign from the Company's board of directors with effect from September 29th and 25th respectively. THL and SoftBank will appoint new board representatives to replace Magnus Tornling and Ram Trichur in due course. The co-chairs of the board of directors thank both Magnus Tornling and Ram Trichurfor for their valuable contributions to the board. The board of directors will continue to constitute a quorum after the announced resignations and appointments.
