EDT Automotive demonstrates product confidence through Trust Pilot reviews

Green Apple award-winner, EDT Automotive, is now one of the first companies of its kind to demonstrate absolute product confidence by offering garage partners and customers alike the opportunity to leave unbiased and impartial reviews of its service through Trust Pilot.

Through this bold move, EDT aims to collate the feedback generated and utilise the information as a sales tool, helping to appoint more garages to its network as well as encouraging hesitant customers to try the service and see the impact on their vehicle for themselves.

Coinciding with the launch of the company’s second generation machines, 90 Trust Pilot invitations have already been sent out to EDT’s network of garage partners for their feedback. EDT hopes that the owners and technicians will also encourage customers to share their thoughts through the online review site.

“Time and time again our partners tell us about the overwhelmingly positive feedback that they get from their customers regarding the vast improvements an engine decontamination treatment can make to their vehicles’ fuel economy and drivability,” said Managing Director, David Holmes.

“It made sense that we should use these customers to help sell the service for us. The reviews on Trust Pilot will be completely uncensored and impartial, and we encourage anybody who has experienced EDT’s technology for themselves to let us know what they think.”

About EDT Automotive

The Engine Decontamination Machine has been manufactured in the USA and distributed throughout the world for over 20 years. EDT Automotive have now carried out treatments on thousands of vehicles, removing contamination, improving their mpg, reducing their emissions and enhancing the overall performance of the cars.

Thanks to a unique engineering process, the EDT machine removes all the sludge, varnish and debris that builds-up in the engine. Improving the engine’s coefficient of friction allows the new oil to perform to its maximum capabilities. This then has a positive impact on fuel economy, CO emissions, engine performance and drivability.

The process is fully automated and takes less than fifteen minutes to complete a full clean the vehicle’s engine, using a bespoke, environmentally-friendly, bio-fuel, white food grade oil.

Average emission reductions on cars tested are 69% on CO and 58% on hydrocarbons, as of September 2015.
