Aventics Appoints Raffaele Cremona as New General Manager for Italy
Pneumatics specialist looking forward to further growth in Italy
There’s a new man in charge at Aventics in Italy: 49-year-old Raffaele Cremona, an experienced player in the automation industry. After taking over the reins September 1, 2017, Cremona aims to sustain growth for the pneumatics specialist while increasing the market share in Italy.
Laatzen (Germany)/Milan (Italy), December 6, 2017 – Raffaele Cremona took on his new position September 1, 2017, and is now responsible for Aventics in Italy, one of the most important European markets for the pneumatics specialists. “I was immediately able to identify with the Aventics values – passion, agile, and focused,” emphasizes the 49-year-old. As General Manager, the Italian aims to offer tailored and technically sophisticated solutions in order to drive Aventics’ presence in the Internet of Things environment forward.
Raffaele Cremona has many years of experience in sales, most recently as Sales Director at Habasit Italiana SpA, a global leader in the production of drive and conveyor systems. Before that, he filled various positions in the export and distribution sectors. Cremona studied politics and economics at the University of Milan.
