Avidly publishes the Annual Report including the Financial Statements and the Annual Report of Board of Directors approximately on 10 March 2020 in digital format at https://investors.avidlyagency.com/en/publications.

The annual general meeting of Avidly Plc is planned to be held in Helsinki, Finland on 1 April 2020. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting later by a separate notice.
