DECISIONS MADE BY THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF EIRIKUVA DIGITAL IMAGE
OYJ ABP ON DECEMBER 2 2008 

Members of the Board of Directors                                               
The Extraordinary General Meeting confirmed that the Board of Directors shall
have three (3) ordinary members and no deputy members. 

Jonas Nordlund continues as the member of the Board of Directors and as new
ordinary members were elected Christoffer Häggblom and Mika-Petteri Erkintalo. 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors                                          
After the Extraordinary General Meeting was held meeting of the Board of
Directors where Christoffer Häggblom was elected as a new Chairman of the Board
of Directors.
