DIRECTED ISSUE OF EIRIKUVA DIGITAL IMAGE OYJ ABP                                


The Board of Directors of the company has in 24th of September 2008 decided on  
the directed share issue and directed issue of option rights on the basis of the
authorizations granted by the ordinary General Meeting of 4.6.2008 and the      
extraordinary General Meeting of 16.9.2008. Subscription time ended in 15th of  
October 2008.                                                                   

In the issue 3.520.000 new shares of the company were issued. As a result of the
subscription the company obtains new share capital for 80.000,00 euros and      
272.000,00 euros to reserve for the invested unrestricted equity.               

Rite Internet Ventures AB from Stockholm subscribe in the issue 2.660.000       
shares. Six of the major shareholders of Eirikuva, owning at least 1 per cent of
the company's shares as per 5.9.2008, subscribed 860.000 shares. This part of   
issue was over subscribed so that the Board decided to put subscriptions in     
proportion to issued number of shares. In the directed issue the subscription   
price per share was 0,10 euros.                                                 
                                                                                
The payment period of subscribed shares will end at 5th of November 2008. After 
that the company will register the increase of share capital to trade register  
and find a permission to get new shares to be trade in First North exchange with
old shares. New shares can be taken to trade in First North exchange after the  
share capital has been registered in trade register not until 10th of November  
2008.
