InvenSense® and Avnet Memec Ink Pan-European Value-added Distribution Agreement
Partnership poised to broaden reach of MotionTracking™ technology across Europe
SUNNYVALE, Calif., and POING, Germany, February 26, 2013 –InvenSense, Inc. (NYSE: INVN), the leading provider of MotionTracking™ devices, and Avnet Memec, an Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT) company and leading global technology distributor, announced the formation of a pan-European value-added distribution agreement. With the new partnership, Avnet Memec is chartered with sales and value-added support for InvenSense’s MotionTracking devices throughout Europe and Israel.
