AVTECH applies for an extension of its ongoing reorganization

On May 27, 2013 AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) applied for and was granted reorganization by the Attunda district court. Reorganization was approved for an orderly initial three month period, i.e. until August 27, 2013.  

To be able to conclude ongoing activities to implement a long term financing solution AVTECH has today applied for an extension of the reorganization for a new orderly three month period. Ongoing activities are expected to be concluded in the beginning of the fourth quarter 2013, which is also when the reorganization is expected to be closed.
