Lars Lindberg resigns as board member of AVTECH Sweden AB (publ)

Board member Lars Lindberg has at his own request chosen to resign from the board of AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) (the "Company") due to an increased workload in other assignments. Lars Lindberg has had a role in the company for a long time and the Board thanks him for his solid work efforts. Lars resigns with immediate effect.

“It has been a privilege to take part in the development and implementation of the digitization of the air transport system. AVTECH Sweden is well positioned for the optimization of aircraft operations resulting in minimized environmental impact as air traffic starts to increase. Now I will focus on ground transport sustainability projects.”, said Lars Lindberg.

After Lars Lindberg resigns, the Board will consist of four members. The selection of his replacement will take place at the next Annual General Meeting.
