Oslo, 3rd of October 2019 – Bergsjo AS, a company directly controlled by a member of the Board of Directors of Axactor SE, Beate Skjerven Nygardshaug, has on 3rd of  October 2019 purchased 3 900 shares in the Company at an average price of 15,90 per share. After this transaction Mrs. Nygardshaug and Bergsjo AS controls 16 200  shares in the Company.
