Bergsjo AS, a company directly controlled by a member of the Board of Directors of Axactor SE, Beate Skjerven Nygardshaug, has on 22 August 2018 purchased 6,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 23,4519  per share. After this transaction Mrs. Nygardshaug and Bergsjo AS controls 12,300 shares in the Company.
