On 8 April 2016, companies controlled by Øystein Stray 
Spetalen, sold 21 million shares in Axactor AB (publ). 
After the transaction Mr. Spetalen and associated 
companies hold 22,736,999 shares, representing 3.46% 
of the total outstanding 656,214,360 shares of 
Axactor.
