Reference is made to the notice from AXActor AB 31. 
May 2016 regarding total number of shares and votes of 
876,614,360 after the private placement conducted in 
May 2016.   

Please note that after registration of the new shares -
 Solan Capital's ownership is approx. 4.11 % of the 
shares and votes (36,000,000 shares). 

Solan Capital AS is owned indirectly by board member 
in AXActor AB - Mr. Gunnar Hvammen.

This announcement follows statutory information 
requirements for Swedish Public companies.
