Axel Johnson International acquires Swiss distributor of pumps and fluid handling systems W. Moser

With the addition of W. Moser AG, Axel Johnson International’s business group AxFlow strengthens its market presence in Switzerland and gains important additions to its product and services portfolio.

AxFlow is one of Europe’s leading distributors of high quality fluid handling equipment and related services for process industries. AxFlow currently has 570 employees, annual sales of 175 MEUR and operations in 27 countries in Europe and in South Africa. Operations were established in Switzerland in 2001.

W. Moser AG is a family owned company with five employees. It is today an important distributor of fluid handling equipment and cooling towers to the pharmaceutical, chemical and general industry in Switzerland.

With the acquisition of W. Moser, AxFlow strengthens its market presence in Switzerland and extends its range of industrial pumps, cooling towers and related services to important customer segments.
