AxFlow acquires Pumpegruppen A/S
Axel Johnson International’s business group Fluid Handling Solutions, AxFlow, acquires Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish specialist in pump solutions for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries as well as for water treatment and general industrial applications.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group strategy to expand the product and service offering in Denmark. For more than 30 years, Pumpegruppen has gained its market reputation as full-service pump specialists representing well-known brands. The company operates from its bases in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and in Rønde in Jutland. Under the leadership of Erling Olsen, CEO and owner of Pumpegruppen, the company will continue to serve their customers under its current name and will utilise the synergies of being a part of the AxFlow Group.
