AxFlow Denmark, part of Axel Johnson International’s business group Fluid Handling Solutions, AxFlow, acquires Gram Vakuum Teknik, a Danish renowned supplier of vacuum pumps, lifting equipment and related services.

“The addition of Gram Vakuum Teknik to AxFlow Denmark is well-aligned with our strategy to further grow in service,” says Ole Weiner, CEO, AxFlow Holding.

“Our aim is to become very strong in customer service. This requires close proximity to customer sites, skilled and professional engineering and service personnel and access to high-quality products. Jesper Gram and his team at Gram Vakuum Teknik bring all this to the table.  I’m confident that our customers in the food, laboratory, pharma, and water & wastewater will appreciate the benefits of this acquisition,” says Søren Weihrauch, Managing Director of AxFlow A/S.

Located in Galten, 20km west of Aarhus, Gram Vakuum Teknik ApS specialises in the supply of vacuum pumps and lifting equipment, all of which are supported by a nationwide network of service and maintenance facilities. Since its establishment in 2009, Gram Vakuum Teknik ApS has forged a strong reputation as a one-stop shop for products, spares, and services for customers in many industry sectors.

“Joining the AxFlow Group brings some exciting synergies and growth opportunities for us at Gram Vakuum Teknik. We will reach out to many more customers, and we will exploit the synergies between compressor and vacuum pump service,” says Jesper Gram, Managing Director and owner of Gram Vakuum Teknik ApS.
