Nomo Kullager AB, part of business group Power Transmission Solutions, acquires S.E. Lodéns Industrimontage AB, a Swedish technical solution provider of advanced industrial maintenance, effective as of 1 February 2022. Through the addition of Lodéns, Nomo strengthens its position in the Swedish market and launches a new industrial services concept.

“The addition of Lodéns is well aligned with our group strategy to expand our service offering and geographical presence. Lodéns has a solid customer base and strong growth potential, and we see a strong strategic fit and compatibility between Lodéns and Nomo,” says Ola Sjölin, Managing Director, Power Transmission Solutions.

“Lodéns with its strong focus on industrial maintenance and related services, is a perfect fit for Nomo. The acquisition of Lodéns is totally in line with our strategy to further grow our offering in advanced services close to our core technologies,” says Henrik Walter, CEO of Nomo.

Founded in 1975, S.E. Lodéns Industrimontage AB is a highly skilled industrial service provider and distributor offering advanced on-demand customer solutions. The company is located in Gävle, about 170 km north of Stockholm, and offers service of industrial power transmissions, including both field service and in-house workshop, as well as distribution of roller and ball-bearings, bearing houses, clutches, industrial gears, couplings, seals, and motor gears.

“I see many similarities in the way Nomo operates in the market and towards customers”, says David Rosén, Managing Director of Lodéns. “Becoming a part of Nomo and Axel Johnson International gives us the possibility to further develop the company and to take the next step in our growth journey.”
