Sverull ElektroDynamo and ME Maskin- och Industriservice merging to strengthen customer offering

Sverull ElektroDynamo and ME Maskin- och Industriservice, both companies within Axel Johnson International’s business group AxIndustries, are to merge in order to better meet market demands for comprehensive industry services.

The joint company will maintain the Sverull ElektroDynamo brand name for its services and products safeguarding the efficient and reliable production for customers within the manufacturing- and process industries. The company will become a leading provider of industrial services and the distribution of mechanical and electromechanical components, bearings, transmission, seals and pumps. Customers will be offered services ranging from analyses and project planning to assembly, technical support, maintenance, repair and refurbishment.

Sverull ElektroDynamo has provided Swedish industry with components for more than 75 years. ME Maskin- och Industriservice is a service provider specialising in trouble shooting, maintenance, refurbishment and the upgrading of industrial equipment either on-site at customers or in their own workshops.

Göran Hegestig will remain the Managing Director of the joint company, Sverull ElektroDynamo. The merger will be completed during January, 2017.
