Axentia Group AB (publ) appoints new CFO

Axentia Group AB (publ) ("Axentia" or the "Company") appoints Johanna Klint as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of September 1, 2024. Johanna Klint will also take on the role of CFO of the parent company Axentia Group Holding AB. As part of the Company's continued expansion, the management team will be strengthened through the appointment of a new CFO with broad experience from both private and listed companies.

Johanna Klint comes from a previous position as CFO and Group Management Member at Vectura Fastigheter AB. Johanna also has extensive experience as an Investment Manager at Investor AB.

Alma Carlander, currently CFO, will take on the role as Financial Manager at Axentia Technologies AB.
