Information Regarding Ownership Transfer in Axentia

Adelis has entered into an agreement to transfer its holding in Axentia from Adelis Portfolio Holding II AB to Adelis Equity Partners Fund IV AB. Adelis will remain the main owner and controlling party. In connection with the transaction, two external investors will join as minority shareholders. The transaction is expected to be completed in October 2025.

As part of good corporate governance practices, founders Dick Ollas and Frithjof Qvigstad will step down from their positions as board members in connection with the process but will remain in the company’s management and as significant shareholders. The change to the board will be addressed at an extraordinary general meeting in October 2025.
