Axfood’s sales November 2007

Consolidated net sales (excluding VAT) totalled SEK 2,483 m (2,370), a rise of 4.8% compared with the same period a year ago. Net sales for stores in Sweden owned by the Group rose by 4.1% for the month of November, with a 5.0% rise in like-for-like sales.

Sales for the period January-November 2007 in wholly owned stores rose by 0.2%, with a 0.8% rise in like-for-like sales. Consolidated net sales totalled SEK 26,502 m (26,179), an increase of 1.2%. Net sales for Axfood's stores (wholly owned and franchise units) rose 1.5%, with a 1.0% rise in like-for-like sales.

Hemköp’s sales (wholly owned and franchise units) increased by 5.8 % during the month, with a 3.2% rise in like-for-like sales. Accumulated sales increased by 1.5%, with a 0.4% rise in like-for-like sales.

Net sales for Hemköp's wholly owned stores rose by 1.7% during the month, with a 1.4% rise in like-for-like sales. Accumulated sales decreased by 3.0%, with a 0.9% decrease in like-for-like sales.

Willys’ sales rose by 5.0% during the month, with a 6.0% rise in like-for-like sales. Accumulated sales rose by 1.5% with a 1.3% rise in like-for-like sales.
