Change in number of shares and votes in Axfood AB (publ)

As previously announced, Axfood AB (publ) (“Axfood” or the “Company”) has carried out a rights issue of shares in the Company. The shares issued as a result of the rights issue have been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office and have been converted from paid subscribed shares (BTA) into new shares in the Company. As a result of the rights issue, the total number of shares in the Company has increased with 6,972,528 shares and the total number of votes has increased with 6,972,528 votes.

As of June 30, 2022, the total number of outstanding shares in Axfood amount to 216,843,240 shares and the total number of votes in Axfood amount to 216,843,240 votes. Following repurchase of own shares, Axfood’s holdings as of June 30, 2022, amounts to 1,037,856 shares.
