EMAB signs new supply agreement with Axfood Närlivs

EMAB i Sverige HB, the joint organization for purchasing, marketing and business development for companies including Shell (not Select), Bilisten, Hydro and Uno-X, has signed a new supply agreement with Axfood Närlivs AB.

The agreement comprises supplies of special goods, with a focus on car care and car accessories for about 400 EMAB-affiliated stores within gas stations in Sweden. The agreement applies for a period of one and a half years and the business is estimated to have a value of approximately SEK 80 m per year.

The agreement will apply from February 1, 2008 and, in conjunction with this, the existing agreement for deliveries of convenience goods between Axfood Närlivs and EMAB will be extended to apply for a corresponding period.
