Håkan Åkerström new President of Dagab

Håkan Åkerström has been named as the new President of Dagab. He comes most recently from a position as President of Storel AB, and will begin in his new position on Monday, 27 March.

Håkan Åkerström has served as President of Storel AB since 2002. Prior to that he spent four years with AB Lindex as head of logistics and IT, among other things. Åkerström has an engineering degree from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University and extensive experience in the retail trade, product supply and logistics. "It feels very inspiring to take on the role of President of Dagab," comments Håkan Åkerström. "One of my most important objectives in my new position will be to enhance sales by developing the integration between the wholesale operations and Axfood's stores." Håkan Åkerström will be a member of Axfood's Executive Committee. He begins in his new position on 27 March.
