Ola Andersson leaves Hemköpskedjan - Anders Strålman appointed Acting President

Anders Strålman, President and CEO of Axfood, is now Acting President of Hemköpskedjan.

Anders Strålman will take over the role of Acting President of Hemköpskedjan in tandem with his current job as President and CEO of Axfood. Ola Andersson is stepping down for personal reasons and with immediate effect. The recruitment of his successor will begin at the earliest possible opportunity.

During his two years at the company, Ola Andersson has helped Hemköp achieve a positive profitability and sales trend. The period also saw the successful conversion of the Vi stores which has strengthened Hemköp’s brand considerably.
