Axis’ Ray Mauritsson named ‘CEO of the Year’ 2013
Ray Mauritsson, Axis Communications, has been named ‘CEO of the Year’ 2013 in the large company category. Ray Mauritsson receives the award for his leadership in successfully strengthening Axis' position as market leader while maintaining its already strong corporate culture during a period of high growth and heavy recruitment.

The prize is awarded by a renowned jury that, together with the organization Motivation.se, chose three winners from among 146 nominees in the small, medium-sized and large company categories.
The jury's motivation: “The ‘CEO of the Year’ in the large company category, with pioneering products and new technologies has successfully strengthened the company's position as market leader in its field over a ten-year period through a growth rate of between 11 and 39 percent per year. By working with the company's core values in combination with equality and diversity work, the ‘CEO of the Year’ has managed to maintain the already strong corporate culture despite recruitment of many new employees.”
