Axis is investigating the possibilities for a listing at the OM Stockholm Stock Exhange The board of directors and the owners of Axis AB ("Axis") have decided to investigate the possibilities for a listing at the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange during the year 2000. A Stock Exchange listing is expected to further increase Axis potential for expansion geographically, in new product areas and by acquisitions of companies and/or technologies. The listing of the stock on the Stock Exchange would create a means of payment with a distinct market value. The listed share could be used both as consideration in acquisitions and to attract competent employees, who by participation in incentive schemes could be offered to take part of the expected value growth of Axis. Axis will inform about the potential decision on a listing at the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange as soon as possible. Enskilda Securities has been appointed adviser.
