Axis to be listed at the OM Stockholm Exchange at the end of June 2000 * Axis expects to be listed on the O-list of the OM Stockholm Exchange at the end of June 2000. * The total Offering, including the over-allotment option, is expected to amount to between SEK 460 million and SEK 589 million. * The prospectus is available from today, Tuesday, May 30, 2000 * The application period is June 5-15, 2000. * The capital infusion will provide enhanced possibilities for continued geographic expansion and the development of new product areas. In order to create better conditions for continued expansion, the Board of Directors of Axis Aktiebolag (publ) ("Axis" or the "Company") and its shareholders have decided to broaden the ownership of the shares in Axis by means of a new share issue of 12,500,000 shares, in value amounting to between SEK 400 million and SEK 513 million. In addition, three principal shareholders have undertaken to divest a maximum of 1,875,000 shares, at the request of Enskilda Securities, to cover any over-allotment. The general public in Sweden and institutional investors in Sweden and abroad will be offered the opportunity to acquire shares. The application period is June 5-15, 2000. The share is expected to be listed on the stock exchange on June 27, 2000. The final price per share will be determined through a bidding process and is expected to be in the SEK 32-41 interval. The price in the offer to the general public will not exceed SEK 41 per share, excluding commission. Assuming the offer is accepted in its entirety and the over-allocation option is fully utilized, the offer will amount to between SEK 460 million and SEK 589 million, which corresponds to an ownership share of 20.9 percent. The new share issue and sale are conditional, inter alia, on subscriptions being received for a minimum of 9,375,000 shares.
